Based on a recommendation, I had engaged Atlas Investigation & Consultancy ("Atlas") back in February 2021 to undertake a discreet investigation of my (then) spouse.
I met up with MJ and his team from Atlas and they understood the client brief perfectly. Their professionalism and ethics shone through from the very first meeting itself - they were upfront on their services and fees, and also set clear expectations on what they could and could not do within their professional-ethics boundaries. In that first meeting, they were also able to advise me on what constituted as irrefutable evidence in the eyes of the Singapore Courts, displaying their experience and familiarity with the law.
Throughout the investigation period, MJ kept me appraised of the investigation status on a very timely, and sometimes even live, basis. My case was wrapped up within a month, with very satisfactory and concrete results.
The expediency and professionalism Atlas displayed was indeed impressive, but what stood out for me even more, was their compassion, sensitivity and empathy. During status-updates and when presenting me with irrefutable evidence on my spouse, MJ always took time to check-in on my emotional-state and well-being, as well as reminding me to think ahead for the sake of my children. This was something I did not expect from a private-investigation firm, and remains to this day, something I am extremely grateful to him and his team for.
One often reads or hears horror stories on how some private-investigation firms string their clients along for excessively prolonged periods with unfulfilling results. This was definitely not the case for me with regards to Atlas, MJ and his team. I have utmost appreciation and gratitude in the way they professionally and sympathetically managed my case from beginning to end.
